DAYTON — Police discovered a man dead inside a Dayton home late Wednesday night.
Officers responded to the first block of Patterson Village Drive around 11 p.m. for a welfare check.
According to Dayton Police Lieutenant Eric Sheldon, family members said they had not heard from the resident for several days.
When officers entered the home, they found a 21-year-old man dead.
Authorities have not released the man’s identity.
The investigation remains ongoing.
