A Union County Grand Jury indicted four people following a months-long investigation into a regional drug trafficking network discovered by the Multi-Agency Drug Enforcement (MADE) Task Force.

According to the Union County Prosecutor’s Office, Brandee Greer, 53, of Marysville, William “Billy” Vincent, 45, Brittany Duffy, 40, and Elizabeth Ames, 46, all of Richwood, were indicted on November 19, 2025. Each is charged with several criminal counts, including engaging in corrupt behavior, aggravated drug trafficking, and cocaine trafficking. Greer and Vincent have also been charged with unlawful narcotics manufacturing.

Around 5:45 a.m. on November 20, the MADE Task Force served search warrants at two residences: 27 E. Bomford Street in Richwood and 690 Milford Avenue, Apartment 23C in Marysville. During their searches, detectives reportedly discovered a minor amount of drugs as well as five guns.

According to authorities, the Richwood Police Department launched the investigation in August 2025, and around 330 grams of methamphetamine and 60 grams of cocaine have been confiscated since then.

The Union County Prosecutor’s Office, Union County Sheriff’s Office, Plain City Police Department, and Marysville Police Department are all represented on the task force. Officials stated that the action illustrates good inter-agency coordination in “keeping communities safe.”
