Mosely is described in the CPD’s news release as a Black female measuring 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighing 110 pounds, with brown eyes, black hair, a medium complexion, and a nose piercing.
The public release highlights Mosely’s date of birth, March 18, 1990, and her mental illness.
