Police: Woman linked to retail theft ring steals with $1.600 worth of makeup from PA CVS

Manheim Township police are searching for a woman who allegedly stole 112 Maybelline and L’Oréal products from a CVS on Oregon Pike in March.

Alexandra Velcu, 19, of Seattle, has been given an arrest warrant after police say she robbed a CVS with the help of an unidentified male on March 30.

She was spotted walking into the store with the man, where she placed a few goods in a trolley before allegedly loading her purse with several products. According to authorities, he looked to be on the hunt for Velcu.

She was soon identified by authorities since she is believed to be involved in several other thefts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

The police verified that Velcu is still at large.
