The FBI is seeking two men who robbed an ATM technician and stole the cash in Bedford Park.
On Tuesday, shortly after 4:45 p.m., authorities responded to a robbery report at a Huntington Bank branch at 7400 S. Cicero in Bedford Park.
According to the FBI, two individuals wearing all black approached the technician who was servicing the outside ATM at the time.
They robbed the ATM, armed with an AR-style weapon and a pistol with an extended magazine.
The suspects escaped in what seems to be a white Toyota Camry. The ATM technician was not wounded.
Huntington Bank is giving a $5,000 incentive.
It’s unclear how much was stolen, but bank ATMs often hold a large quantity of dollars.
