One person died and two others were hospitalized after police responded to reports of a stabbing in Worcester on Friday afternoon.
Worcester police arrived to a home on Sunrise Avenue late Friday for a suspected stabbing and discovered three injured victims.
One person was confirmed dead, and the other two were transported to the hospital.
According to authorities, the victim who died was stabbed, while the other two were hospitalized for injuries acquired during the altercation. The extent of their injuries and how they were sustained are unknown at this time.
Worcester police say there is no threat to the public.
